Hotel Chalet - Chichicastenango

the staff were very amiable, and i truly enjoyed the location, it was perfect and magnificent in his neigbourhood. the place had a quiet atmosphere.

My experience at this luxury hotel was wonderful! Thoroughly enjoyed the room, it was beautiful and luxurious. Good beds were provided. It had a good and unbeatable location - so close to Chichicastenango Market.

A microwave oven, a private safe, and an iron available in the budget room. A bathtub in the bathroom. Location - marvellous, next to the airport, Flores, Lanquin, Panahachel, Xela, and Antigua and the centre of town. Also, near the market.

The staff here was really friendly and helpful, taking care of all my concerns. the rooms were comfortable and cozy, complete with a hot shower in the bathroom. Everything I needed was provided, and the window even opened up to the kitchen. 😊.

It made my trip to Chichicastenango a wonderful experience. I greatly enjoyed this ideal hotel, its favourable location and amiable staff. Location: the property was not far from Very close to the centre of town, Flores, Lanquin, Panahachel, Xela, and Antigua, and bus stop.

It was a wonderful stay in a quirky place with a special atmosphere. the marvellous location was very close to the city center, making it a fantastic base for exploring the residential area.

The breakfast included delicious home-baked bread, fresh fruits, and fresh orange juice.

The room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable, and our bathroom was good.

Comfortable, spacious rooms with amazing views for guests. The hotel is conveniently located near Santo Tomas Church, so it was easy to get there. The staff here is super friendly. 😊

The staff are excellent, the rooms are good basic and beautiful. The bathroom is clean and the bed is exceptionally comfortable.

The breakfast at the hotel was a highlight, although not complimentary, it was delicious and worth the extra cost. Additionally, the host, Miguel, was super friendly and helpful, recommending a fantastic taqueria nearby that was only a short walk from the hotel. The decorations in the hotel were also adorable and welcoming, adding to the overall charm of the place.

The check-in process was a bit strange and inconvenient. We had to wait outside in the rain until the owner arrived, and even then, there was no 24-hour desk available.

The host was hospitable, the room was clean and tidy with a hot water shower, and it was conveniently located near food spots and the famous market. The owner also offered free purified water and arranged a transfer from Antigua.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the market and within easy strolling distance to the center. Despite being in the town, it is away from the noise, allowing for a peaceful stay. the room was basic but comfortable, with adequate bedding and a good shower. the staff was helpful in arranging transportation and treated us kindly. Breakfast provided was sufficient.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom left much to be desired.

Great location, very close to the market and other attractions. The homemade breakfast was delicious, and the owner was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel was also clean and tidy, with basic but comfortable rooms.

There were some downsides to our stay. the bathroom was quite small, and the shower would quickly fill the room with humidity.
